I combine my experience with counseling and childcare working as a teacher in an after school program and working with children with disabilities and pour it into my life coaching practice. Im a strong Christian who volunteers on a prayer 🙏 hotline and a reiki master healer. I use modalities with mental health coping skills combined with a gentle goal oriented person centered approach.
