- Is the app really free?
- Yes. Joining and using Fresh Chapter is free for everyone — unlimited secure messages and video calls, the community and the tools. There is no subscription and no card needed. You only pay for coaching.
- What do I pay for?
- Only two things, and only if you choose them: a $49 intro session (45 minutes, paid once), and then your coach's package if you want to keep working together. Nothing renews by surprise.
- How much does a package cost?
- Each coach sets their own package price and length (3 to 12 months), and it is shown on their profile before you pay. You can pay monthly, or pay in full for any discount your coach offers. Talk it over with your coach at the intro first.
- What currency will I be charged in?
- Everything is charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.
- Do coaches set their own rates?
- Coaches set the price of their own packages, and it is shown on their profile before you pay. The $49 intro session is the same with every coach.
- I paid for Premium before. What happens now?
- Nothing changes for the worse: everyone now gets what Premium used to include, free. Any past Premium plan stays visible in Billing for your records.
