- Can I work with a Fresh Chapter coach from outside the United States?
- Yes. Coaching happens by secure video, so you can work with any coach on the directory from anywhere in the world. Filter the directory by country if you would rather meet someone in your own time zone, and prices can be shown in your local currency.
- How are coaches verified?
- Every coach on the directory has had their identity, training and credentials reviewed before being listed. Licensed clinicians additionally list the jurisdictions they are licensed to practise in.
- How much does a session cost?
- Coaches set their own session rates, shown on each profile. Membership starts free with limited messages and calls; Premium is $12 a month, or $79 for your first year and $99 a year after that, for unlimited coaching messages, calls and priority matching.
- What if I do not know which coach to pick?
- Use the free 60-second matching quiz. It asks what you are going through, your availability and your budget, then suggests the verified coaches who fit best. Matching is free and there is no obligation to book.
