About Denise Fuller

You don’t have to keep battling things alone or pretending you have it all figured out. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, navigating the aftermath of a major divorce, managing ADHD, or simply drowning in burnout, you deserve a space where you can finally put the heavy armor down. Therapy shouldn't feel like clinical guesswork. I bring a rare blend of rigorous science and deep, real-world empathy. I am a licensed therapist. I hold a Master’s in Biological Science, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and have a decade of specialized training in trauma response and victimology. With my background and my years as an educator, I understand the complex mechanics of the mind and nervous system very well. My greatest qualification isn't just on paper, though. Having personally navigated profound life disruptions—including chronic daily pain, single motherhood, and starting over after a fifteen-year marriage—I know what it means to rebuild your life from the ground up and to just survive at times. I don't just teach healing; I live it. My approach treats the whole person—mind, body, and biology—moving past generic talk therapy to give you tangible, practical tools that actually shift your day-to-day reality. If you are ready for grounded, compassionate guidance that meets you exactly where you are, let’s get you scheduled.
