Hi, I'm Domonique. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and my journey has been shaped by service, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others create meaningful change in their lives. As an Army veteran, I learned the importance of perseverance, compassion, and showing up for people during life's most challenging moments. Those experiences continue to influence the way I approach my work today. I earned my Master of Social Work through an accelerated program with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice, and for the past two years I've provided remote individual therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. I've had the privilege of supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and personal growth. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard. My goal is to create a space where you can be vulnerable without fear of judgment, a place where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about working together to discover the strengths you already possess and building the tools you need to improve your quality of life. Every person's story is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater confidence, resilience, and fulfillment.
