About Maha Akram

I help children and families work on communication and problem solving. I focus on providing families with structure and support. With children my focus is to help them communicate their needs effectively; to understand boundaries of undesirable behaviors and provide positive reinforcement when they do. With parents my focus is to help them improve co-parenting by understanding their children's needs, pick up on the behaviors children use so that their needs are met as well as communicating and establishing boundaries to prevent escalation of behaviors.
