I am a Licensed School Psychologist and Credentialed NeuroSomatic Intelligence (Nervous System) Coach. I am a Mental Health Consultant & Trainer with a specialization in Suicide Supports. I have 30+ years of experience in education in the U.S and in International Schools working with other educators, family, and youth and I was also a general education and special education teacher. My 30+ years of experience and training and underpinnings in neuro-scientifically based, trauma-responsive practice in combination with my ability to creatively partner with folks to find their core needs & desires makes me uniquely suited to help clients go beyond meeting their goals to allowing transformation to unfold. In my own time I love to dance and I am a Jazzercise instructor. I enjoy being outside and going camping in beautiful Colorado and traveling anywhere and everywhere! I love to spend as much time as I can with my 17 year old son before he graduates, read non-fiction, and drink fancy lattes. I identify as white, queer, gender queer, same-gender divorced co-parent, living with breast cancer, personal growth junkie. My practice emphasizes authentic care, compassion, and respect for the whole human. I center liberation and decolonization in my work, viewing health/wellness within the context of interlocking systems of oppression. I recognize that folks hold unique and overlapping identities. I strive to co-create a safe and empowering environment that invites a folks to lean into their discomforts and the innate wisdom each unique client brings.
