I am a single mom, a business owner, and having had many new beginnings myself - I understand the profound impact of having support through major life transitions. I partner with women to navigate the experience of going through life changes. Drawing on my training with Martha Beck and my experience as a certified Wayfinder Life Coach; as well as my lived experience as a mom of two teenagers, an entrepreneur, a facilitator of countless community gatherings, and a life-long yoga practitioner - it is my goal to support my clients in untangling patterns, tapping into inner wisdom, and creating new chapters that feel intentional and satisfying.
