About Dr. Danyell Samassa

Life transitions can leave even the strongest woman feeling disconnected from herself, uncertain about what comes next, or emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. I help women navigate those pivotal seasons with greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence. With nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to coaching. My work is especially suited for women experiencing major changes such as divorce or separation, co-parenting challenges, career transitions, caregiving, menopause, identity shifts, relationship changes, or the process of beginning again after a difficult chapter. Our work is not about pretending everything is fine or rushing you toward a solution. It is about creating space for you to understand where you are, recognize what is no longer serving you, reconnect with your strengths, and develop realistic steps toward the life you want to build. During our first session, we will talk about what brought you to coaching, what feels most pressing right now, and what you would like to be different. Together, we will identify your priorities and begin developing a personalized path forward. You can expect thoughtful conversation, honest reflection, practical tools, and support that honors both your lived experiences and your capacity to grow. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning. Sometimes the awakening starts with simply deciding that you are ready for something different.
