About Jeremy Sycks
The goal of our sessions is to help you learn how to turn your grief into a fuel to move you forward versus a sandbag to hold you down. We do this through building successful communications and behavioral patterns that offer an integrative approach to your grief. In our first session we will get to know each other and learn together how to begin processing grief in an effective and resourceful way while honoring your way of processing the grief. I am passionate about this as a coach as I lost my son to cancer in 2012 and before his passing he shared something special with me. He stated, "It is okay to be sad Dad, just don't be lazy, go out and do something bold and brave every day that honors the people that pass before you as well as the people that will be here after your gone." That stuck with me in such a way that I wanted to become the person and mentor he was for me during those challenging times. I now want to pay that forward so that you can find a resourceful life after a grief filled or traumatic event. What I have learned since my son's death is, we don't get over grief, we don't go under it, around it, away from it, or through it. We learn how to integrate it as a part of our journey and honor the people and things we have lost while honoring and loving ourselves. If this resonates with you feel free to book a call with me and begin your road to a better life through processing and understanding your grief. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
