I am Dr. Sandra Velez-Candelario CEO/Consultant of FAMILY ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, LLC., a new theorical base creator that works to make your family a functional socioeconomic organization, taking care of their emotional needs and permanence . Today I help family leaders and their human capital at home to learn how to manage their psychosocial interaction at home and intellectual abbilities at home. We help the family oragnziatyioan members, young and adults to build a stronh family communication, a functioonal leadership, a warm enviroment and a clear organizational culture within their family group. Family leaders have a huge responsability that need to be empower with formal knowledge and skills giving them knowledge and new opportunities to be assertive and succesfull managing their subordinates(childrens) at home. We also train family leaders to enrich their marital status and parenting association minimizing any malfunction at home and outsite of it that jeopardizes their family organizational development.
