About Judy Fine

Most of us spend years becoming the person we think we're supposed to be—responsible, dependable, practical, always putting other people first. Then one day we wake up feeling disconnected from ourselves, wondering where our dreams, creativity, or sense of adventure went. That's where my coaching begins. I'm a certified professional coach (Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching) with more than two decades of experience helping people reconnect with the version of themselves they've quietly been missing. My work combines professional coaching with years of experience as a vocal coach and performance coach, where I've seen firsthand how fear, self-doubt, and old stories keep people from expressing who they really are. I don't believe reinvention is about becoming someone new. I believe it's about rediscovering the parts of yourself that have been waiting for permission to come back into your life. Whether you're navigating divorce, a career change, an empty nest, retirement, or simply the feeling that life has become smaller than you imagined, we'll work together to uncover what's getting in the way and build the confidence to move toward what matters most.
