How Fresh Chapter reviews and rates its coaches
We would rather show you exactly how quality is enforced than post a wall of testimonials you cannot verify.
Ratings come only from paid sessions
Members can rate a coach after a completed session. We do not publish unverified or purchased reviews, and coaches cannot edit or delete their own ratings.
Response times are tracked automatically
Every enquiry is monitored. If a coach does not follow up within 24 hours, the request is re-routed to another available coach automatically.
Refunds if a session misses the mark
Intro sessions are covered by our refund policy. Tell us what happened and we review it — no long forms, no arguing.
Private by design
What you discuss stays between you and your coach. Reviews never expose session content.
