Burnout recovery
You are not lazy. You are running on empty, and it is fixable.
Burnout is not solved by a holiday you come back from into the same week. A Fresh Chapter coach helps you find what is draining you, put boundaries in that survive contact with your manager, and rebuild energy in a way that lasts.
Every coach is identity-checked and credential-screened before they take a client.
What people bring to these sessions
- Sunday dread and a Monday you cannot make yourself start
- Saying no to work without becoming the difficult one
- Recovering after months of over-functioning for everyone else
- Deciding whether to fix this job or leave it
- Sleep that never quite refills the tank
- Cynicism creeping into work you used to care about
Coaching is practical and forward-looking — it is not therapy and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. Life and expat coaching is not regulated the same way. Coaches can work with you across borders by video call because they focus on goals, transitions and daily adjustments — never on diagnosing or treating a mental health condition.
What the first month looks like
- Step 1
Week 1 — map where the energy is actually going
- Step 2
Week 2 — two boundaries, scripted and tested at work
- Step 3
Week 3 — a recovery routine that fits your real schedule
- Step 4
Week 4 — a keep-or-leave decision made with evidence, not exhaustion

Common questions
- Is burnout a medical diagnosis?
- The World Health Organization classifies burnout as an occupational phenomenon, not a medical condition. If your symptoms look like depression or an anxiety disorder, a coach will tell you and point you toward clinical care.
- Can coaching help if I cannot take time off?
- Yes — most people who come to us cannot. The work is built around the schedule you already have: small boundaries, recovery blocks that fit, and decisions made in the order that gives you the fastest relief.
- Will my employer know?
- No. Your account, notes and sessions are private to you and your coach. We never contact an employer.
