Stress management
Wound tight all day, wired all night. Let's lower the baseline.
Stress that never switches off stops being a bad week and becomes how you live. A Fresh Chapter coach helps you cut the load where it is actually cuttable, hold the boundaries you keep dropping, and get your evenings back.
Every coach is identity-checked and credential-screened before they take a client.
What people bring to these sessions
- A to-do list that grows faster than you can work it
- Waking at 3am running the same loop
- Snapping at the people you least want to snap at
- Carrying work, home and caring at the same time
- Knowing what would help and never getting to it
- Physical symptoms your GP says are stress-related
Coaching is practical and forward-looking — it is not therapy and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. Life and expat coaching is not regulated the same way. Coaches can work with you across borders by video call because they focus on goals, transitions and daily adjustments — never on diagnosing or treating a mental health condition.
What the first month looks like
- Step 1
Week 1 — an honest inventory of what is on you and who put it there
- Step 2
Week 2 — three things dropped, delegated or delayed
- Step 3
Week 3 — a wind-down and sleep routine that survives a bad day
- Step 4
Week 4 — early-warning signs and the plan for when they show up

Common questions
- Is stress coaching the same as anxiety treatment?
- No. Coaching works on load, routines and boundaries. An anxiety disorder is a clinical condition treated by licensed professionals — if that is what your coach hears, they will tell you and help you find the right care.
- How quickly do people feel a difference?
- Most people feel something in the first fortnight, usually because two or three commitments come off the list rather than because anything profound changed.
- Do I need to commit to weekly sessions?
- No. Messaging and calls run at whatever rhythm fits, and the free plan gives you messages and calls every month before you decide on anything paid.
